Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Based - Quebec
Our client is an established brand within the building products sector, with a broad distribution network supporting customers across Canada and select international markets.
They are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support continued growth. This role is a key point of coordination between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of service and accuracy across all interactions.
Working from a home office located anywhere in Quebec, this position supports both English and French-speaking customers, and offers long term development within a stable, well-run organization.
The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Manage orders from entry through to delivery
• Resolve product issues, returns, and order discrepancies
• Provide clear information on product availability, lead times, and policies
• Work closely with sales and internal teams to support customer needs
• Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts
• Support pricing requests, quotes, and inbound opportunities
• Build strong relationships through consistent, reliable service
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in French and English, written and verbal
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or customer engagement role (hospitality, retail, call center, etc)
• Experience in a product-based environment preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Comfortable using an internal CRM system, and Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Salary Disclosure Quebec
$50,000 - $55,000 Base + strong company benefits + RRSP matching + PTO
