Bilingual Recruiter

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter.

As a Bilingual Recruiter at B&T Building Services you will be responsible for day-to-day functions involving recruiting processes and systems.

Location : Orlando FL 32812

The work will consist at some level of the following tasks, but is not limited to:

  • Assists in general recruiting processes aiding to primary recruiter
  • Conduct outreach to candidates to schedule interviews
  • Create Log In credentials for new hires
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes
  • Assist with general onboarding inquiries

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Must speak English and Spanish
  • Able to work independently.

Minimum Requirements:

-Must be punctual, responsible and independent.

- Authorization to work in the United States is required.

- High School Diploma Required

- Minimum of 1 year of experience
