Coral Reef Subacute Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the admissions process, build and maintain strong referral relationships, and help drive census growth while ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents and families.

Bilingual Spanish is required for this role due to the diverse population we proudly serve.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic healthcare professional with strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to join a growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all admissions activities for the facility
  • Coordinate referrals, screenings, and admissions processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community referral sources
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families
  • Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate admissions
  • Track admissions data, referral activity, and census goals
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with referral sources
  • Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
  • Participate in community outreach and networking events
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
Qualifications
  • Previous admissions, marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation center experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and healthcare admissions processes preferred
