Insurance Administrative Support

You will provide administrative support to our team of insurance agents, handle customer inquiries directing them appropriately, & perform other administrative tasks for our Coral Gables FL office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, proficient in both verbal and written communication is a plus.
  • Answer & direct calls on a fast-paced multi-line phone system.
  • Manage client databases & update client information accordingly.
  • Assist with preparation of reports & documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with customers, agents, carriers, supervisors, & co-workers.
  • Provide support to agents & team in the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues quickly.
