  • Pay Rate: Up to $39.00 / hr (W2 Contract, DOE)

Job Summary
The Business Analyst 3 will serve as a business operations specialist, maintaining key vendor relationships and analyzing business performance to aid strategic decision-making. Acting above an administrative level but below a management level, this role involves managing project processes, tracking budgets, evaluating promotional ROI, and facilitating seamless cross-functional communication between HQ and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, data analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under time-sensitive schedules with high responsibility and access to confidential company data.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Performance Reporting: Create, maintain, and publish regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business performance and KPIs. Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal/external customers in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Financial amp; Promotion Analysis: Provide detailed reports on forecast accuracy, sales performance, and promotional impact. Conduct post-mortem analyses on historical promotions to determine efficacy, forecast accuracy, and ROI. Refine forecasting methodologies and utilize data analytics to recommend adjustments to sales programs.
  • Investment amp; Closing Support: Support business operations through the timely management of promotion and marketing-related investment approvals. Assist in the monthly closing process by coordinating with finance teams and preparing financial reports on sales deductions, claims, aging, and other metrics.
  • HQ amp; Cross-Functional Liaison: Communicate daily between headquarters and internal cross-functional teams. Handle escalations on production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management.
  • Project amp; Process Management: Establish and document business processes. Set up project and work breakdown structures. Track project budgets, expenditures, and contract supplements, while monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets. Maintain the storage and retrieval of project communications data.
Qualifications amp; Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience preferred (2–4 years required per Beeline requirements). Experience in the telecommunications and/or wireless industry managing finance, logistics, distribution, program management, or business planning is highly preferred.
  • Technical amp; Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analytics, forecasting, and computer applications (MS Word, Excel). Enterprise Application experience is a plus. Experience in resolving customer product development, launch, and logistics issues is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent working relationships and communication skills (oral and written) for various organizational levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize multiple assignments based on vaguely defined objectives, and handle confidential data with strict discretion.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role requiring the ability to work under periodic or cyclical time constraints, manage business stress (language barriers, time-sensitive schedules), and occasionally work additional hours beyond the normal schedule.
