Responsibilities: • Self-study support for the State Exam (Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance)
• Make cold calls daily to connect with potential clients and begin the sales journey
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right marketing/insurance options
• Handle objections confidently and use rebuttals to guide clients to the best solutions
• Manage your own prospect pipeline and stay organized
• Provide excellent, professional customer service that reflects our company's standards
• Assist clients over the phone and in person in choosing auto, home, or life insurance product
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $18.00 - $60.00 per hour
