The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily developments from preconstruction through occupancy. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful residential communities. Client Details A rapidly growing developer-builder focused on luxury multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout the Midwest. Description Manage multifamily projects through all lifecycle phases. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones. Lead owner and stakeholder communication. Review contracts, pay applications, and change orders. Ensure quality control and project compliance. Profile 5+ years of multifamily construction experience. Experience managing ground-up residential developments. Strong budgeting and scheduling skills. Familiarity with Procore and construction management software. Bachelor's degree preferred.
