This role requires someone who can operate effectively within current processes while contributing to ongoing improvements, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain a high-volume requisition load and prioritize openings based on operational needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates against established hiring criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with Regional Managers, Community Managers, and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress within company systems.
  • Present qualified candidates in a timely manner and drive openings through the hiring process.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain recruiting compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness while operating within established processes.
What It Takes To Be Successful
  • Ability to manage a high volume of open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work through obstacles and changing priorities without losing momentum.
  • Comfortable operating in a process-driven environment while remaining flexible and solution-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and operational leadership.
  • Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Multifamily, property management, hospitality, retail, healthcare, light industrial, or staffing agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions with aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
