Job description

The Make Ready Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
  • Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, resurfacing and more in make ready units
  • Perform trash outs and clean ups of make ready units 
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
