Work Setting: Full-Time | In-Office | Collaborative Studio Environment
Salary: Upper Quartile Compensation + Bonus Opportunities + Licensure Support

Position Overview

This is an opportunity for architects who want exposure to complex, large-scale projects without getting siloed into a single project type or production role. As a Project Architect, you will contribute to high-rise, multifamily, and mixed-use developments while collaborating within a highly team-oriented studio environment focused on mentorship, technical growth, and long-term career development.

The firm is intentionally structured to help architects expand their expertise across multiple project sectors. Whether youโ€™re an emerging architect building toward licensure or a more experienced professional seeking greater project ownership, this role offers the ability to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to complex project delivery, and grow within a culture that values stability, accountability, and professional development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and production of large-scale architectural projects across multifamily, mixed-use, high-rise, and commercial sectors
  • Develop construction documents, presentation materials, and technical detailing utilizing Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
  • Coordinate closely with internal architectural teams, consultants, and project leadership throughout all phases of design and documentation
  • Support project delivery efforts to ensure schedules, budgets, and technical standards are maintained
  • Participate in design discussions, client coordination efforts, and project team collaboration
  • Assist in the development of presentation graphics, renderings, and visualization materials for project pursuits and client engagement
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants to ensure integrated and constructible design solutions
  • Support construction administration activities and respond to project-related coordination issues as needed
  • Participate in mentorship, professional development, and licensure advancement opportunities within the studio

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional architectural experience; candidates with 10+ years of experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) preferred or actively pursuing licensure through AXP
  • Software: Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project Experience: Exposure to large-scale or complex architectural projects
  • Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills within a team-based studio environment
  • Professional Stability: Demonstrated career consistency and long-term professional commitment preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multifamily and/or wood-frame project experience
  • Experience contributing to high-rise or mixed-use developments
  • Construction administration and technical detailing experience
  • Interest in cross-training across multiple project sectors
  • Strong visualization and presentation graphic capabilities
