Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to lead brand marketing efforts for our Mexican concept restaurant brand(s). This role will drive brand awareness, guest traffic, and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns, compelling brand positioning, and impactful digital and community engagement. You’ll oversee everything from creative direction to local store marketing, while collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

You will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate our Mexican concept brand(s) and deepen guest loyalty. This includes designing and launching campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels; managing brand identity and creative development; and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging. You’ll drive local store marketing and community engagement initiatives, ensuring regional relevance while building brand love. Partnering closely with operations, culinary, HR, and finance, you’ll align marketing plans with organizational objectives. You’ll monitor consumer trends, analyze competitive activity, and leverage data to guide decision‑making, while managing agencies, vendors, and the marketing budget to maximize ROI. Additionally, you’ll mentor and inspire a small team to deliver innovative, measurable results.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in the restaurant industry
  • 2+ years in a marketing leadership role with a focus on brand development and field execution
  • Strong understanding of multicultural marketing, especially within Hispanic and Latin American communities
  • Proven success in building integrated marketing campaigns and managing multi‑channel strategy
  • Experience with brand storytelling, digital marketing platforms, and local marketing activation
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required (MBA a plus)
