This full-time role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to vital services within our Community Health Clinic in Spanaway, Washington. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at MultiCare, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough psychiatric or psychosocial assessments to understand patients' mental health needs, including mental status examinations.
  • Developing customized, comprehensive treatment plans collaboratively with clients, identifying their unique needs and integrating evidence-based approaches.
  • Facilitating individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on psychoeducation and skill development.
  • Delivering psychotherapy and supportive interventions designed to address specific behavioral concerns and enhance social skills, confidence, and community engagement.

Qualifications
