District Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurant Leadership | Southwest Washington | Base to $85K


We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations across Southwest Washington. This multi-unit leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and people development within a growing organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and Assistant Managers across the district
  • Monitor daily business performance and deliver real-time coaching to drive results
  • Ensure all restaurants are fully staffed and operating at peak efficiency
  • Review financial results, budgets, and performance reports to maximize P&L performance
  • Oversee hiring and build a strong bench of talent for future growth
  • Maintain high standards in operations, inventory controls, food safety, and brand execution
  • Execute marketing initiatives and ensure consistent guest experience across all locations
  • Conduct regular restaurant inspections and ensure full compliance with company standards
  • Support leadership development and promote from within

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage P&L performance
