Job Description
The Restaurant Division Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple restaurant locations. This role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and adherence to company standards and Ontario regulatory requirements.
 
This position reflects Aramark’s commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction is welcoming, efficient, and memorable.
Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance (aligned with Ontario health regulations)
  • Support location managers during high-volume periods and events
  • Ensure operational readiness, including staffing, inventory, and service execution


2. Financial Performance

  • Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability across the division
  • Analyze budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
  • Manage labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses
  • Develop action plans to meet financial targets while maintaining service excellence


3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant management teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and guest-focused service
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback
  • Support succession planning and career development

4. Guest Experience & Hospitality

  • Ensure all locations deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Aramark hospitality principles
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
  • Address escalated concerns professionally and in a timely manner
  • Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and service-oriented environment


5. Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Execute brand-aligned marketing initiatives across locations
  • Partner with marketing teams to localize promotions within Ontario markets
  • Monitor online reviews and social media engagement
  • Support community involvement and local partnerships


6. Compliance & Safety (Ontario-Specific)

  • Ensure compliance with Ontario health, safety, and employment standards
    • Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
