Job description

Distribution Center Operations Manager (Automated Distribution Facility)

About Us

We take pride in doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.
Unite. Anticipate. Create. Deliver.

Consolidated Supply Co. is a fourth-generation, family-owned business that has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1928. What started in Portland, Oregon has grown into a multi-state organization with 22 branch locations and over 500 employees.

We serve professional plumbers, utility contractors, excavators, and municipalities with high-quality plumbing, water works, and hydronics products. Our reputation is built on strong relationships, reliable service, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

Today, we are investing in the future of our company through a transformation of our supply chain, anchored by the launch of a new, highly automated distribution center. This next-generation facility is designed to improve how product flows across our network, leveraging advanced automation including AS/RS, high-speed sortation, and a Tier 1 WMS to drive speed, accuracy, and scalability.

This investment strengthens inventory availability, improves service reliability, and creates a more connected, system-directed operation that better supports our customers and branches. It also introduces new tools, technology, and ways of working that expand opportunities for our employees and support long-term career growth.

As we build this future state, we are focused on creating a stronger, more resilient supply chain that allows us to continue investing in our people, enhancing the service we provide, and supporting the communities we serve for decades to come.
