The MDU Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within quality standards, and in accordance with customer expectations. This role provides leadership, coaching, and operational oversight while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

High school Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the telecommunications, broadband, fiber optic, or cable industry.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading field operations, construction teams, or installation crews.
Strong knowledge of fiber optic and coaxial network infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience managing employee performance, productivity, and work quality.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements:
Experience supporting MDU, broadband, fiber deployment, or telecommunications construction projects.
