About the Role

We're hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You'll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence

About You

  • 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility
  • Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills
  • Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred
  • Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
  • Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
