We’re looking for a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams across our Columbus GA and Auburn/Opelika areas. What You’ll Do

As a Multi-Unit Manager, you’ll have full ownership of operational excellence across multiple restaurants. You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all locations
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and service excellence
  • Analyze P&L statements and implement strategies to improve margins
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent; build a strong leadership bench
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants
  • Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • High energy, hands-on leadership style
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Columbus GA and Auburn/Opelika locations
