Laurel & Pearl Euro-Southern Bakery | Tyler, TX
Laurel & Pearl is seeking an exceptional leader to help us build something special. We are not a typical bakery. Laurel & Pearl is an award-winning Euro-Southern bakery known for handcrafted pastries, French-inspired sweets, Southern hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. As we continue to grow we are searching for a Store Manager who can lead daily operations, develop our team, and help bring our vision to life.
This position serves as the bridge between ownership and our leadership team, overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations through direct management of the Kitchen Lead and Front of House Lead.
What You'll Do
* Lead and coach FoH and BoH leadership teams.
* Ensure exceptional guest experiences and hospitality standards.
* Maintain operational excellence, quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
* Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and productivity.
* Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
* Drive accountability and follow-through across departments.
* Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
* Foster a positive, professional, and mission-driven culture.
* Solve problems proactively and keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, bakery, café, retail, or related operations.
* Proven ability to lead managers and develop teams.
