Job description

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis.


This is a high-visibility role for a finance professional who can connect financial performance to business operations and provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.


The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities move quickly.


What You'll Do

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Build sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses
• Analyze business performance, trends, and key financial drivers
• Prepare executive level financial presentations and reporting
• Partner with operations and business leaders on financial decisions
• Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Manage cross functional financial projects and deadlines
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization across all analysis


What We're Looking For

5+ years of FP&A and financial modeling experience
• QSR or multi unit restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional financial modeling skills
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Working knowledge of GAAP

• Experience managing projects across multiple departments
