Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

35 years of sales and/or sales management experience preferred

Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, leading, and developing a direct sales team

Ability to lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced, results-driven environment

Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use web-based and mobile applications

Experience with CRM systems preferred

Open to travel

WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS

This role operates both indoors in an office environment and outdoors in the field

Requires heavy local travel and may include up to 70% travel, including extended stays away from home

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina

Ability to lift construction materials such as shingles and plywood

Ability to move heavy objects and maintain physical endurance over extended periods

Regularly ascend and descend ladders to inspect roofs
