Bring your Acme multi-spindle expertise to our Euclid, Ohio facility and own the setup from blueprint to finished part.

What youโ€™ll handle
  • Complete setup of Acme-Gridley screw machines from print/layout to first article and production run.
  • Selection and installation of cams, gears, attachments, and tooling.
  • Use of specialized tooling methods: dovetail forms, floating shaves, knee tools, knurling, tapping, thread rolling, accelerated reaming, recess, and pick-off attachments.
  • Troubleshooting, adjustments, and quality checks to hit spec and cycle time.
What you bring
  • 3+ years of Acme or comparable multi-spindle screw machining experience (preferred).
  • Ability to read prints and perform setups through completion.
  • Solid working knowledge of attachments and tooling listed above.
  • Reliability and a desire for long-term employment.
