Job description

Parallel Employment is seeking a skilled Multispindle Operator to join our production team. As a Multispindle Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multispindle machinery to produce precision parts in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot machinery as needed.

LOCATION: Sturtevant, WI

PAY RATE: $20/hr + based on experience

SHIFT: 1st Shift, 2nd shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up and operate multispindle machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations from production schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures on the production floor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a Multispindle Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
