Job Description:
The Senior Property Accountant manages financial accounting for multiple properties, including reporting, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and journal entries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting functions for a portfolio of 20+ properties.
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for multiple properties.
