Multi Family Plumbing Foreman - Join Our Growing Team!
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects.
  • Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet production schedules and project milestones.
  • Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, specifications, and job scopes.
  • Coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards, local codes, and project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and provide corrective direction to crews.
  • Verify materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used.
  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
  • Complete daily reports, time tracking, material usage, and progress documentation accurately.
  • Train, mentor, and develop journeymen and apprentices by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and leading by example in work ethic, attitude, and professionalism.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive jobsite culture that reflects Freije's standards and core values.
  • Serve as Freije's primary field representative on assigned projects by proactively communicating with customers and project stakeholders.
  • Address issues promptly and professionally with a solutions-focused mindset while protecting Freije's reputation through quality work and respectful interactions.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience.
  • Prior experience leading crews or acting as a foreman or lead plumber.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drawings, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills. Desire to continuously improve.
