Maintenance Technician


Richfield / Germantown Area, WI $30-$40+/hr + Shift Differential + Overtime + Sign-On Bonus


About the Opportunity


An established and rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support highly automated production operations in the Greater Milwaukee area. Multiple openings are available across day and night shifts.

This organization continues to experience significant growth and has invested heavily in new equipment, automation systems, and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. Technicians will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of production equipment while contributing to a strong preventative maintenance culture.


Schedule


  • 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3)
  • Currently hiring for night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • 10% shift differential for nights
  • Voluntary overtime available

Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
  • Complete emergency repairs to minimize downtime
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
  • Support automated manufacturing equipment and auxiliary systems
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Document maintenance activities and repair actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance programs
  • Basic PLC and automation troubleshooting knowledge preferred
  • Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
