Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

$27.00–$32.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Multiple Shift Opportunities

Pay

  • $27.00–$32.00 per hour
  • Higher pay may be available for candidates with strong multi-craft or Millwright experience.

Schedule

Multiple shift opportunities available depending on the facility:

  • Day Shift
  • Split/Rotating Shift

  • Occasional On-Call (varies by location)

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll maintain production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Maintain CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
  • Repair conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, pumps, mixers, hoppers, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot facility systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.
  • Install new equipment and assist with equipment upgrades and capital projects.
  • Perform welding and light fabrication as needed.
  • Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and company safety procedures.

QualificationsRequired

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Preventative maintenance experience
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks

Preferred

  • HVAC maintenance experience
  • Millwright experience
  • Welding and fabrication skills
  • Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes
  • Allen-Bradley controls experience
  • CNC maintenance experience
  • Technical degree, apprenticeship, or Journeyman certification
  • Plastics manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
