Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY

The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for following the patient’s plan of care and providing treatment under the supervisor of the Registered Nurse.

DUTIES AND RESPSONSIBILITY

  • Implement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.

  • Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.

  • Collect assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s).

  • Participate in coordination of home health services with interdisciplinary team.

  • Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.

  • Participate in personal and professional growth and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse License

  • Maintain a current CPR certification

  • IV Certification Required

  • 2+ years of experience working in direct patient care

  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
