Position Summary

Second Chances Comprehensive Services (SCCS) is seeking an experienced MST Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support for our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. This role supervises MST clinicians, ensures fidelity to the MST model, manages program operations, and collaborates with community partners to improve outcomes for youth and families.ย 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision for 1โ€“2 MST teams consisting of 2โ€“4 therapists each.ย 
  • Conduct weekly supervision, training, and coaching to ensure adherence to MST principles and clinician competency.ย 
  • Manage referrals, clinician caseloads, program outcomes, and performance reporting.ย 
  • Collaborate with MST Experts, community partners, schools, and referral sources.ย 
  • Promote MST services and support stakeholder engagement throughout the community.ย 
  • Maintain a limited caseload of 1โ€“2 families as needed.ย 

Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 annually

Qualifications & Requirements
