SUMMARY
The Assistant Station Leader will be responsible for a multi-site operation in support of company goals and objectives. Responsible for directing and leading a team engaged in the Station's delivery of Airline Ground Transportation Services. Assistant Station Leader will partner with the Station Leader to ensure the acquisition and development of a team of fully accountable professionals focused on Raving Fan service and exceeding client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
  • Provide leadership to all team players responsible for transportation and schedule management functions;
  • Operate as a successful business unit by reporting on revenues, KPI's, budget planning and talent management;
  • Ensure that a personal commitment to safety is exhibited in the execution of all policies and tasks by all team members - enforce "Safety First";
  • Prepare and execute the most effective daily and weekly work schedule in response to business needs and proactively address operational functions;
  • Coordinate the execution of all activities that result in the achievement of "Raving Fan" service levels and exceeding client expectations;
  • Ensure all internal/external communications including but not limited to - MOR, FCR, HR, Management, accident/incident reports are responded to within the corporate Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Direct all recruiting and new employee acquisition initiatives in order to maintain the designated number of trained, qualified and fully accountable employees required for successful station operations including ongoing training metrics and compliance;
  • Lead and direct the Performance Management process including but not limited to the timely and accurate documentation and delivery of Performance Disciplinary write-ups, Semi-Annual, Annual Performance Assessments and individual training plans;
  • Develop an operating team that holds itself accountable for the achievement of SkyHop Global values with a critical focus on adherence to standard operating procedures ;
  • Coordinate and ensure the accurate documentation and completion of vehicle maintenance requirement and records; schedule regular and irregular audits of unit vehicles;
  • Ensure adherence by all team players to office policy and procedures;

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Establish a strong working relationship with internal departments throughout the organization as well as the extensive customer base;
  • Bring a high level of passion specifically to exceeding all client expectations;
  • Experience in addressing customer needs/concerns to maintain operational excellence;
  • Ability to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and build relationships;
  • Strong technical skills with capability to produce accurate and timely reports;
  • Fluency in English language, second language helpful;
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in transportation or related industries;
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds up to 20 times per day; be able to work outdoors in heat and cold, have a valid driver's license and be approved by the Company's insurance carrier; may be required to obtain special city/airport permits.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule that may require occasional weekend and/or evening work;

Salary Description
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
