Job Summary:The Gym Director oversees the daily operations of the My Gym location, ensuring exceptional service for children and their families. This leadership role requires a blend of business management, team leadership, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Create and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain currently-enrolled families

Qualifications:
  • Childcare Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment
