Job description
BLUEHAWK is seeking an experienced All-Source Analyst to support the DIA/MSIC Modeling, Analytics and Threat Data Division and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The analyst will integrate intelligence from multiple sources to assess national-security and technical threat issues while supporting Intelligence Mission Data development, production, prioritization, sharing, and dissemination. This senior position also provides operational leadership, analytic quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and mentorship to mid-level analysts.
Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, and disseminate Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) supporting platform mission systems throughout development, testing, training, operations, and sustainment.
- Analyze characteristics and performance, electronic warfare integrated reprogramming, GEOINT, order of battle, signatures, and modeling and simulation threat-capability information.
- Support the development, staffing, assessment, and lifecycle tracking of Life-Cycle Mission Data Plans (LMDPs) and IMD Dependency Determination Memorandums for acquisition programs.
- Review acquisition documentation and threat intelligence to identify IMD-dependent programs, requirements, gaps, and production-capacity shortfalls.
- Collaborate with Intelligence Production Centers, including MSIC, NASIC, NGA, NSIC, ONI, and other mission partners, to assess supportability and required resources.
- Develop Validated Intelligence Mission Data Supportability Reports (VISRs), threat assessments, technical written products, briefings, and quarterly program updates.
- Support IMD governance, operational and acquisition prioritization, technical exchange meetings, stakeholder engagements, and issue-resolution activities across DoD, the IC, and allied partners.
- Manage project operations, production schedules, resources, customer relationships, and resolution of IMD production shortfalls.
- Provide leadership, task oversight, quality assurance, and daily operational direction for assigned mission activities.
- Train and mentor mid-level analysts across air, space, naval, and ground mission domains.
- Support cost, schedule, and performance milestones and deliver IMD briefings or curriculum support to the Defense Acquisition University, as directed.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- At least 14 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent experience within the last 8 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution.
- Comprehensive mission knowledge and demonstrated completion of developmental training and experience for the labor category.
- Ability to structure analysis from incomplete, indirect, complex, or technically advanced information and from multiple analytic perspectives.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across the IC, drive collection, support information sharing, and resolve analytic disputes.
- Ability to lead teams researching complex problems, guide the selection and application of analytic methodologies, and challenge differing perspectives using validated tradecraft.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products and brief senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting DIA, an Intelligence Production Center, Defense acquisition programs, or the broader Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Mission Data, LMDPs, VISRs, mission-data supportability, modeling and simulation, electronic warfare, or technical threat analysis.
- Experience coordinating across DoD, the IC, acquisition offices, military services, and allied mission partners.
