Job Description:

Responsible for Expert Product Services, Specialized Services and Business Consulting.

We are looking for a new vendor to assist in tracking, reporting for Treasury-Bank Infrastructure activities related to M&A. Basic corporate legal and tax knowledge is needed as it applies to working with international banks.

  • Highly analytical role and need to have prior experience in corporate banking and finance.
  • Degree is helpful, but not required. Previous Program Management experience is highly preferred and PM is also useful.
  • Previous MSFT experience is helpful but not required. Ideal candidate may have worked at a Bank in past and then started working in finance, accounting, or PM role at MSFT or similar tech company.
  • MS Project or similar PM tolls highly desirable.
  • Resource MUST be able to work within a strong environment and communicate effectively with everyone. Strong written and verbal communications skills are a MUST.
  • Bank teller experience is NOT what is needed, but anyone with experience working with local banks working with commercial and business accounts is good.

Preferred skills:

  • Good understanding of corporate banking
  • PM related experience
  • General banking experience
  • Understanding of Bank Guarantees
