Job description

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Performs daily routine cleaning in all areas of UNC Health Southeastern. Uses assigned approved Infection Control processes and chemicals to sanitize surfaces, fixtures (Toilets, showers, sinks) and restocks paper supplies, hand soap and any other supplies under the ES responsibility. Completes assigned duties with patients, family members present and usually in the same room or area and therefore be able to verbally pronounce the A.D.I.T. and scripting processes.
  • EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum Required:
      • High School Diploma required
        Ability to read and follow written instructions, to include MSDS sheets, policies and procedures and perform Net Learning as required on the computer.
      • Must be teachable and willing to following directions with flexibility to report to any area assigned.
    • Preferred:
      • 1-3 years in the institutional professional cleaning field.
