Job Description

** Manager is really looking for 2-4 years Excel experience: cahrts, macros, micros, etc.**
Leads the overall scheduling effort to develop and update schedules for projects under the Capital Program. Ensures consistent reports, data and system operations by developing and implementing more efficient systems. Other responsibilities may include but not be limited to: attending monthly meetings with all Project Managers (PM) to review, verify, and update high level schedules for all projects. Developing and updating specialized detailed schedules as requested by PMs. Validating schedule data against expedition and exporting the information to the Project Center. Providing guidance to PMs in the use of the Project Center and other software. Supporting the generation of monthly progress reports. Developing cash flow reports and analysis to support the CPA process, budget development and management requests. Providing representation to Global Project Controls. Reviewing schedules submitted by Construction Managers and General Contractors as well as responding on notes, deficiencies, aberrations and adjustments. Interacting with various clients (internal and external) to develop new business relationships.
