As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments
  • Support coaches, players, and families throughout the event
  • Help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule
  • Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends (typically a few weekends each month)
  • Previous baseball or sports experience is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

We provide training and support, handling the administrative side so you can focus on delivering a great event experience.
While this position is based in the Columbia market, there may also be opportunities to work events in other locations throughout the year.
If you're looking for a fun, rewarding opportunity and love the game of baseball, we'd love to hear from you!
