HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Reno, Nevada.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift: 12 hours, on call, rotating

• Role: MRI Technologist

• Facility Department/Cost Center:  209256 Imaging 75 Pringle MRI

• Shift: 36,3x12’s, rotating days-of-the-week, mainly weekends, varied graveyard shifts. Traveler may be required to pick up call, details to be discussed in interviews.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Call Requirements: To Be Discussed During Interview

• Licenses: ): Requires registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, (A.R.R.T.). MRI Registry required at the time of hire. Applicants with certification in MRI will be given preference, R.T., R.M.R.I.T. (or current license standard).


• Required Certifications: AHA BLS
• Experience Required: Technologists with clinical or hospital based MRI experience gained through a minimum two years of on-site training is required. Training of individuals who have a background of five recent years in Radiologic specialties is preferred.


Additional Comments:
Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract. This may be full or partial shifts. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
