Job Description Summary
As the icometrix Sales Specialist for the North East Region, you will own and drive the commercial strategy for AI-enabled MRI quantification and neuroimaging solutions. You will collaborate closely with MRI Sales, icometrix Sales Specialists (primary partners), Account Executives, Digital Specialists, Clinical Applications, and local Account Communities to deliver unified, high-value engagement across radiology and neurology service lines.
Job Description
Customer Success & Renewal Leadership:
  • Drive new contract growth and contract renewals to ensure high retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor utilization, support adoption, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop strong customer champions by delivering consistent, outcomes-driven value that supports both renewals and new agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quarterly and annual orders, revenue, and adoption targets.
  • Build strong relationships across radiology, neurology, imaging administration, and IT.
  • Identify, generate, and develop qualified opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as a committed team player within the MRI Sales Team and Account Communities.
  • Lead cross-functional orchestration with AEs, Digital, Clinical, and Service teams.
  • Provide clinical and workflow insights supporting evaluations and purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain expertise in AI imaging workflows, neuro quantification, and icobrain value positioning.
  • Use Salesforce to manage funnel, forecasting accuracy, and cycle times.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in medical sales, neurology, imaging, digital health, clinical applications, or imaging administration OR GEHC CLP graduate OR 8+ years of related experience. Strong ability to present complex clinical/technical information to decision makers.
  • Must live in the North East territory and be willing to travel.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in healthcare capital, digital imaging, or AI/enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Strong record of exceeding quota and driving adoption.
  • MRI workflow, neuroimaging, or AI-enabled imaging expertise.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership capabilities and strong collaboration skills.

  • This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment, actively supports both MRI and icometrix Sales teams, shares insights transparently, and contributes to team success-not only individual wins.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
