Overview
MRI Technologist - Radiology (MRI) in Carbondale, IL, starting 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay is $3,119-$3,196 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, in a hospital setting. This travel assignment is arranged through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with radiologists and patients to address needs, concerns, and safety considerations during the exam
- Maintain MRI safety protocols, equipment safety, and clean, organized work area; document procedures and transfer images to PACS
Requirements
- Active MRI technologist license or eligibility per Illinois requirements
- ARRT MRI certification or eligibility
- Experience performing MRI procedures in a clinical setting preferred
- Ability to work a 6:00 AM-3:30 PM schedule, with on-call rotation
- Strong patient communication, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
