Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Experienced Plumber who excels not only in technical skills but also in sales and customer relationship building. In this role, you will diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions, and help customers make informed decisions driving revenue while delivering top-tier service.

$25-$35 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose plumbing issues and present multiple solution options to customers
  • Educate customers on repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
  • Provide upfront, flat-rate pricing and confidently close sales
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and service performance goals
  • Perform high-quality plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
  • Build trust with customers through professionalism and clear communication
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and memberships
  • Maintain detailed records of jobs, estimates, and customer interactions
  • Represent Mr. Rooter Plumbing with integrity and a customer-first mindset

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential service
  • Proven ability to upsell services and close sales
  • Valid plumbing license a plus
