Who is Casiola?

Casiola is a fast growing, full-service short term rental management company that manages 750+ vacation homes in Orlando, South Florida, Aruba, Tampa Bay, Houston, Spain and other destinations. Our homes range from 2 bedroom condos to 15+ bedroom villas with a pool. Our goal is to manage 1,000+ vacation homes by the end of 2026.

What you will bring to the table:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel, property management, and or customer service based profession preferred
  • Must speak English
  • Must have your own pick up truck and a valid drivers license
  • Language: English (Required)
  • Work authorization: United States (Required)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Caulking, drywall and painting experience
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, technology set up, power tools
  • Must be a great communicator, self-starter, go-getter ,problem solver and think outside the box
  • Must be able to work in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Detailed and organized
  • Must be able to navigate and drive to our properties

What you will be doing for Casiola:

  • Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures and perform similar skilled electrical tasks
  • Light landscaping
  • Pressure wash
  • Occasional trash/broken furniture removal from properties
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Low voltage connectivity- thermostats, modems, routers, cable services, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and light maintenance of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems
  • Basic knowledge of pool systems
  • Performs simple carpentry tasks, drywall repairs
  • Opens clogged drains, pipes, fix leaks and perform other plumbing-related duties
  • Roofing experience is a plus
  • Touch-up painting as required
  • Troubleshoot appliance issues, light maintenance when required
  • Preventive maintenance checks and system inspections
  • Maintain tools and maintenance equipment in working order.
  • As we are in a hospitality focused industry, work days include weekend and holiday days.
