The Construction Project Manager - Commercial Interiors will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and successful project delivery from start to finish. Client Details Our client is a well-established New York, New York general contractor specializing in commercial interior construction projects across corporate office, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and institutional sectors. Known for delivering high-quality projects in occupied and fast-track environments, the company has built a strong reputation for client service, operational excellence, and repeat business throughout the metropolitan area. The general contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager - Commercial Interiors due to growth. Description Manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address potential issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
