Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for a full-time position. The role involves various warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of goods. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Unload incoming shipments safely and check items against packing lists or invoices.
  • Label products and prepare them for storage, ensuring items are moved to assigned storage locations.
  • Pick items according to order lists, ensuring correct item, quantity, and quality.
  • Pack items securely to avoid damage and verify order accuracy before sealing.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch and load trucks properly, supporting on-time delivery goals.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic checks on equipment before use.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.
  • Work closely with leads, supervisors, and teammates, communicating issues promptly.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining punctuality and reliability.

Essential Skills

  • Basic warehouse experience.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Ability to operate a sit-down forklift is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management.
