Most drivers work flexible schedules, but deliveries are typically time-sensitive. Compensation is based on the number of deliveries completed.

What does a Lasership driver do?

As a Lasership Driver, your day typically begins with picking up packages from a designated facility, scanning them into the delivery system, and planning your route for maximum efficiency. Throughout the day, you’ll deliver parcels directly to customers’ homes or businesses, navigating various neighborhoods and sometimes dealing with traffic or unpredictable weather. You’ll use a handheld device to update delivery statuses and communicate with dispatch as needed. Drivers often work independently but have the support of a local team and operations supervisor. This role involves physical activity, time management, and frequent customer interaction, making each day both dynamic and rewarding.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a Lasership driver?

To thrive as a Lasership Driver, you need a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and experience with local routes and navigation. Familiarity with GPS systems, delivery scan devices, and compliance with DOT regulations is typically required.
