  • Develop big picture story ideas with teams, while inspiring idea generation
  • Maintain and leverage key media relationships, owning specific outlets and contacts
  • Staff journalist interviews

  • Demonstrated success in securing media coverage across business, consumer, tech, and/or trade press, and a strong network of active media relationships across traditional and new media (Substack, podcasts, YouTube, etc.)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with the ability to stay organized and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment to deliver on client KPIs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various media verticals
  • A collaborative mindset, passion for continuous learning, and genuine interest in mentorship of junior team members
  • Experience leading thought leadership programs, including conferences, awards and contributed content / op-eds, is a plus
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and influencers is a plus, but not required

Why You'll Love Us:
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans with national provider networks, starting the first of the month following your start date
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan- A range of investment options with employer match and potential profit-sharing contributions after one year of service
  • Generous Paid Time Off includes vacation, sick days, personal days, company holidays, your birthday off, and a company-wide December break
  • Summer Fridays every Friday between Memorial Day and Labor Day, with abbreviated Friday hours throughout the year
  • 4 weeks Paid Sabbatical Leave after 5 years of employment to recharge and reset
  • Fully paid leave for all parents, inclusive of birth and adoption
  • Discretionary year-end bonuses and incentives for referrals and new business
