Job description

Summary/Objective

It's that time of the year, if you like being out doors, consider getting paid to work outside with a crew that will provide high-quality grounds maintenance and landscaping services to our external customers at a variety of work sites. You are responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping, and grounds surrounding the customer's work sites.

Major Work Duties

  1. Police grounds remove all trash and debris
  2. Trim around flower beds and obstacles
  3. Mowing using a: push mower, walk behind mower or riding a tractor
  4. Weed flower beds
  5. Sweep walk and driveways
  6. Plant and mulch beds
  7. Rake
Qualifications
  1. Lawn maintenance and landscaping skills preferred
  2. The ability to obtain an Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) Commercial Pesticide License (Category 5 Industrial Vegetation, CORE Commercial Core) a plus
  3. Good customer service skills
  4. Must be willing to work as a team member
  5. Follow instructions
  6. Handle change in routines
  7. Ability to display appropriate socialization at all times

This job operates in a variety of work sites outdoors. Must be able to perform all duties in cool, mild, and hot weather
