VOS RESPONSABILITES CLES

Leadership & Gestion d'equipe

  • Superviser et developper une equipe de representants plaideurs

  • Etablir les objectifs de performance et assurer un suivi regulier

  • Cultiver une culture d'excellence juridique et continue

Excellence operationnelle

  • Preparer et plaider les dossiers devant la CNESST et les tribunaux administratifs

  • Garantir la qualite et la preparation adequate de chaque dossier

  • Superviser la facturation et les indicateurs de performance

  • Assurer la conformite aux exigences du Barreau du Quebec

Relations & Conformite

  • Gerer les relations strategiques avec les clients et conseillers internes

  • Veiller a la formation continue et au suivi de la jurisprudence

  • Maintenir des standards eleves en protection des renseignements personnels


PROFIL RECHERCHE

Experience & Accreditation

  • Avocat admis au Barreau du Quebec (minimum 10 ans de pratique)

  • Experience significative en representation devant la CNESST/Tribunal administratif du travail

Expertise juridique

  • Maitrise demontree en SST (LATMP, LSST) et normes du travail

  • Connaissance approfondie de la Loi sur les accidents du travail et les maladies professionnelles

  • Solide comprehension des regles de procedure des tribunaux administratifs

Competences cles

  • Capacites exceptionnelles en plaidoirie et redaction juridique

  • Leadership strategique et gestion d'equipe

  • Pensee analytique et resolution de problemes complexes

  • Excellente communication et presentation
