  • Learn WGM culture and offerings
  • Answer calls and book moves
  • Follow up on leads and prospects
  • Produce upsells and cross-sells
  • Stay knowledgeable of packing procedures, basics and foreman training
  • Estimate jobs (packing, supply sales, local/long distance moving, storage, etc)
  • Build accurate estimates
  • Participate in company training(s)
  • Report at weekly sales meeting (Accomplishments and Plan)
  • Attend Weekly sales meeting - Review previous week's sales reports and Plan Upcoming Week's Goals
  • Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
