Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 100-150+ lbs safely.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work agreed shifts.
Communication: Friendly demeanor and ability to interact positively with customers and teammates. Communicate availability and changes promptly.
Background Check: Must pass a standard background check. (Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required!)
