About the role:
The role of our Sales and Operations Manager for College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving is responsible for the day to day operations of the local franchise.
This includes but not limited to the following:
  • Building and training a team of extraordinary front line support
  • 100% client amazement and loyalty measured by Happy Checks, Listen360 surveys, lack of negative feedback and monthly increases in repeat and referral business
  • Wear the College Hunks Hauling Junk uniform according to the operations.
  • Estimating and booking move jobs as estimates come in.
  • The main focus will be going on estimates and booking the jobs on the spot.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Must be at least 18yr old
  • Must posess a valid Drivers license
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs for an extended period of time
  • Must enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others
  • Must want to be a part of a growing organization
  • Must be drug free
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug screening

Competitive earning potential. You will be getting paid by how many jobs you book. For each move you book you will be paid $75 and for each junk that is booked you will be paid $25. There is also potential to earn extra from selling box packages for packing services on the moves as well. You have unlimited potential. You will also be going to realtor meetings to set up potential clients and jobs.
College Hunks will provide you with a company car and a cell phone to make all your calls. A clean drivers license is needed.
Estimates do range. Some days you might not have any but then other days you can have the potential for 8-10 a day.
This position does require a positive individual that is ready to work and make money. We take pride in our work here and we are looking for a liked mind individual who is ready to join our team.
